Welcome to LocaVore
Experience Deliciousness with a Conscience
At LocaVore we believe food is a powerful force for good. As a farm-to-table Inland Northwest community, we use food to build relationships, educate people about where their food comes from, and promote a more sustainable food system. We achieve this through food demonstrations, community dinners, and local food events focused on reducing food waste and using seasonally available local produce and meats from farmers and ranchers across the Pacific Northwest. We’re bridging the gap between local soil and the family dinner table.

Bridging the Gap Between Local Soil and the Family Dinner Table
Sustainable low-waste cooking
Being a LocaVore is about being aware. Learn to use ALL parts of the veggies and cut down your waste. Use ingredients you find in nature.
Eating Healthy is Good for You
Before supermarkets, people bought fresh, local, seasonal food from farmers. Our bodies are made to eat regionally procured foods!
Community Gardens
Tending community gardens connects us directly to the land, turning shared soil into fresh, homegrown harvests for every family’s table.
Supporting Local Economy
Purchasing local goods helps support farmers and businesses. This contributes to the economic well-being of the community.
By choosing to be a LocaVore, you're directly investing in our community's food sustainability.
Every meal is an opportunity to support Inland Northwest farmers, reduce waste, and build a resilient local economy.
